Include the email address on your account and what happened, so we can find it. Never send us a password — we do not ask for one, and we will never email you asking for one.

Privacy and data requests

To access, correct or delete your personal information, obtain a copy of it, or withdraw a consent: write to ask@amgram.ai from the address on your account, with "privacy" in the subject line. We answer within 30 days. Your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account

Where the control is available in the app, it is under Settings → Account, and it erases your content immediately and permanently. If you do not see it on the platform you are using, write to ask@amgram.ai from the address on your account and we will delete the account for you. What is erased and what audit records survive are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a security problem

If you find a vulnerability, write to ask@amgram.ai with "security" in the subject line, before disclosing it publicly.
